Souvenir Clothing & Merchandise Orders.
1 – Product Quality, DOA Protection & Customer Responsibility
1.1 All apparel and souvenirs are brand-new and inspected before leaving our fulfillment center.
1.2 If any item arrives damaged or non-functional (Dead On Arrival – DOA), contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.
1.3 Please do not wear or wash a DOA item; using the product may void DOA coverage.
2 – Updates to These Terms
Watersports Now, LLC (“the Company”) may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Store.WatersportsNow.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review them regularly.
3 – Shipping & Cancellation
3.1 We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. For international inquiries, email Support@WatersportsNow.com.
3.2 Orders begin processing within 24 hours. You may cancel within that 24-hour window by contacting customer support. Once an order moves to “Shipped,” it can no longer be canceled.
4 – Return & Refund Policy
4.1 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
• Restocking fee: 0 % if unworn, unwashed, with original tags; 15 % if worn, washed, or missing packaging.
4.2 Damaged-in-Transit: If the package is visibly damaged, photograph it and contact us immediately. We will coordinate a free replacement or full refund.
5 – Intellectual Property
All content on Store.WatersportsNow.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Watersports Now, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6 – Customer Cooperation
6.1 Provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Watersports Now is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
6.2 Retain original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase or any return is finalized.
6.3 For DOA or shipping-damage claims, supply photos/videos within 48 hours so we can expedite a resolution.
7 – Limitation of Liability
Watersports Now, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use, our products, beyond the purchase price actually paid.
8 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Florida.
