Shipping & Handling Policy

1. U.S.-Only Shipping (for now)

We currently ship credit-card orders within the United States only.
Need delivery elsewhere? Email Support@WatersportsNow.com with your destination, and we’ll explore special-order options.

2. Order Processing — Fast & Accurate

  • Speed: All in-stock souvenir clothing and merchandise orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Verification: We double-check sizes, colors, and shipping details before your order leaves our facility.

3. Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of processing—just contact customer support.

  • After 24 hours, or once the package is handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

4. Packing & Dispatch

Once the cancellation window closes, we securely package your gear and hand it off to one of our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for safe, efficient delivery.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label is generated.

  • Track your shipment anytime via the link provided or in your Store.WatersportsNow.com account.

  • International supplier items: If an item ships from one of our overseas print partners, you’ll receive a tracking number once the package reaches the U.S. entry facility (typically 7–14 business days after purchase).

6. Estimated Delivery Times*

Standard (USPS/UPS Ground) 3–7 business days 5–9 business days

*Times are estimates; weather events or carrier delays can occasionally extend transit.

7. Shipping Partners

We work exclusively with carriers known for reliability and package care, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Their performance is continuously reviewed to keep your items moving swiftly and safely.
