30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any item, no questions asked.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Restocking fee:

    • 0 % if the product is brand-new, unworn, and still has original tags attached.

    • 15 % if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or is missing tags/packaging.

DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) Protection

  • If your item arrives damaged, do not use it.

  • Email Support@WatersportsNow.com or call (727) 214-5555 within 48 hours.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement, you pay nothing.

Order Cancellation

  • 24-hour grace period: You may cancel any order within 24 hours of checkout, simply contact customer support.

  • After 24 hours, or once the order has entered the shipping queue, cancellations are no longer possible.
